The church with the most members registered by August 9th 2025 will received a free 1/2 page ad in the program book.

All churches are ask to bring their church banner on Friday morning for the processional.

On Friday evening we will have a banquet in honor of our Regional Minister. This banquet will be held at the Holiday Inn and Suites Beaufort (Salon Ballroom) . Tickets are $35.00 per person (This is not included in your registration).
